Application development
APIs, internal tools, and platform UIs that have to run in production. We write them, ship them, and stay on the hook when they break.
Services

Bare-metal provisioning automation and Cloud Native tooling across the landscape — not one vendor's stack. If you cannot rebuild the environment from code, it is not done.
Control planes, operators, and the glue between nodes. Failure handling, coordination, the software other software depends on. Not a slide about scale.
Delivery
Production infrastructure from bare metal through the control plane. We design it, automate it, and stay with it in operation.
We pick the smallest architecture that solves the problem, build it so it can be operated, and ship. Effectiveness is a working system. Efficiency is not dragging a program of record behind it. Tactical means scoped: the machines, the automation, the software path that unblocks you — not a transformation deck.
The stack is whichever Cloud Native landscape tooling fits the job — cluster, network, observability, GitOps — plus the bare-metal provisioning that puts machines under it. We do not deliver a branded distro and call it a strategy.
Office
Remote is normal. On-site when the hardware requires it. We are not a coastal agency with a staffed sales floor.
