Privacy

Europa stays on the device

Reflections, notes, recall items (images, PDFs, saved links), to-dos, goals, and goal check-ins are stored on the iPhone or iPad. Europa Labs does not create an account for you and does not run a Europa cloud for that data.

Permissions you grant

• Photos — when you save an image to Recall.
• Microphone — when you record a voice note or reflection.
• Notifications — when you turn on a reflection or to-do reminder.
• Reminders — when you import incomplete items from Apple Reminders.

Those libraries stay on the device unless you later send an item through Assist.

Optional AI assist

Assist is off until you paste your own key for Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or DeepSeek. If you use it, the text or image you submit goes to that provider so they can return a summary, prompt, or goal draft. Europa Labs does not receive a copy. Each provider’s privacy policy applies to that request.

This website

The marketing site is static. We do not set an advertising cookie or sell visitor lists. Your email client handles mail if you write to us.

Children

Europa is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we will update this page. Continued use after the date above means you accept the revised policy.
